Note: The Art studio is currently in the middle of an international move. All orders for original pieces are temporarily on hold until Winter of 2025. You can still contact me if you would like to reserve a piece. Reserved pieces are held in your name until sales resume Winter 2025. You’ll have first right of purchase and notification as soon as shipping reopens.

Can I request framing?
Framing options for original pieces are not currently offered. Framing may add additional weight and therefore additional cost in shipping. I recommend choosing custom framing from a vendor local to you.

Do you take commissions?

At this time, I am not taking commissions.

Do you offer payment plans? 

Payment is due in full at checkout; payment plans are not currently offered.

Are discounts available on original artwork?

Unless specifically noted, original artwork is not eligible for discounts or sales promotions. Each piece is unique and priced to reflect its one-of-a-kind nature.

Shipping

All original artwork ships directly from my studio via tracked international courier. Worldwide shipping is available.

A certificate of authenticity is included with the original artwork.

How long does shipping take?
Originals are shipped via international courier with tracking. Most pieces arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on location. 

Optional: Insurance Coverage
If you'd like the shipment to be fully insured, let me know during inquiry. I’ll calculate the added cost based on your location and the options available from the courier.Insurance is highly recommended for all original pieces. If declined, the buyer assumes all risk for loss or damage in transit.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All pieces are packaged with great care, but once shipped, responsibility for damage lies with the courier.  If your package arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company. I’ll provide any necessary documentation to assist with your claim. 

Please Note:
Customs, VAT, import taxes, or other fees may apply in your country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are concerned about international shipping costs, customs, or transit times, consider purchasing one of my high-quality art prints. Prints are produced closer to your location using professional partners, making them more affordable and faster to ship.

Terms of Sale for Original Artwork

• All Sales Final: Original artwork purchases are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure your shipping and billing information is correct at checkout.

• Copyright: Purchase of an original artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only. All reproduction, licensing, and publishing rights remain with the artist.

• Liability: I am not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing, or additional import fees. If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage in transit.
